Unbelievable Moment

It is hard to stay clam and wise at most of the time. It is easy to get temper and when it happened, it's either hurting myself or the people that I love.

Saturday for both of us ...

Today, early in the morning my BF & I went for jog. Not so bad, we did well for the first time after long break. Seronok la dapat berpeluh setelah lama tak bersenam, kan! Terasa terlebih healthy, sekarang! 
BTW after the run, I rushed home, take some rest, did some chores but Phil was so kind enough to make me sandwich for my breakfast. Sedap - yummy -yummy! and.. taaaadddaaaaaaa............ I photographed it before I eat them.
